1. Operation of the reactor:

1.1. Preparation before driving:

1.1.1. Identify drivers, conduct safety training, training on precautions for the use of glass-lined products, training on production procedures, and printing equipment operation records; prepare necessary driving tools, such as wrenches, pipe wrenches, etc.;

1.1.2. Check the reducer (fill the regular amount of oil according to the rules of the instruction manual), the bearing of the machine base, and the amount of lubricant in the oil box of the machine seal for the kettle; check the cooling water system of each part, and meet the operation requirements; check Whether the reaction kettle clamps, manholes, audition glasses, safety valves, pressure gauges, and the connection of each process pipe port are installed in place, and whether the safety valves and pressure gauges are within the validity period.

1.1.3. After checking and acknowledging that the transmission part is intact, jog the circulating oil pump to check whether the oil pump is rolling clockwise; jog the motor to check whether the stirring shaft rotates in a clockwise direction to prevent reverse rotation;

1.1.4. When using for the first time, at room temperature, the kettle is run with water instead of materials: clean tap water is injected through the process pipeline and reaches the liquid level or quantity required by the process, and the agitator is turned on when the power is sent to the kettle. When the pressure reaches the pressure required by the process, check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the reactor are leaking. If there is a leak, make a mark, and adjust to a qualified seal after the pressure is relieved. Whether there are leaks at the related dynamic and static sealing points, and use a direct vent valve to release the pressure to see if the pressure can be released quickly;

1.1.5. Confirm whether the corresponding valve is in the controlled position according to the open/stop valve recognition table.

1.2. Requirements when driving:

1.2.1. Feed the material according to the process operation rules and start the mixing operation; if an open feeding position is required, the operator must operate at the side of the tank mouth and must not directly face the tank mouth to prevent the material from hurting people; stop directly Put granular solid blocks into the kettle under the condition of no liquid material to prevent hard objects from scratching the anti-corrosion layer.

1.2.2. The reactor should strictly implement the process operation procedures during operation to prevent over-temperature, over-pressure, and overload operation; where abnormal conditions such as over-temperature, over-pressure, and overload occur, immediately adopt corresponding treatment measures in accordance with the process rules. Stop the over-regulated liquid level reaction in the reactor;

1.2.3. Add (feed) materials in strict accordance with the material ratio of the process rules, and control the feeding and heating speed in a balanced manner to prevent the wrong proportioning or excessive feeding (feeding) of materials from causing violent reactions in the kettle, resulting in over-temperature, Abnormal conditions such as overpressure, overload, etc. cause equipment safety accidents.

1.2.4. When the equipment heats up or cools down, it must be done slowly to avoid the sudden superposition of thermal stress and pressure, resulting in local adhesion strength that exceeds the acceptable strength of the ceramic layer, resulting in broken porcelain and causing equipment damage.

1.2.5. Strictly implement the shift management system, fill in the equipment operation records truthfully, and include the equipment operation and integrity in the shift content to prevent abnormal conditions and equipment accidents due to unclear shifts.
